GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DENOUNCE REPORT

For the realization of denunciations the CUSTOMER / USER must complete the appropriate form to report abuse, which should contain all information and data on whether the infraction of any kind.

The non complete fill of the denounce form may result in non-acceptance and transmission to FORESEE.
It is the CLIENT/USER denouncing responsible for the accuracy of information provided, and may respond civilly and criminally for any damage to third party rights at event of a false denunciation.

Act that characterizes the publication, spreading or dissemination of copyrighted material without the permission of the author or his representative, who characterizes it as an act of counterfeiting and piracy, in synthesis that configure violation of the intellectual property rights protected and the image right.
